Exercise Science Fitness Testing

Splits: 38cm off ground
Back bridge: 60cm off ground
Long Jump: 2.15m
Stairs: 4.86 seconds up
Box Drill: 6.8 seconds
Plank: 1 minute
Step ups: 160bpm
Push ups: 25
50m sprint: 6.4 seconds
Wall Sit: 1.5 minutes

Best 6 test
a) aerobic fitness: lunges
b) anaerobic Glycolysis: step ups
c) ATP CP: 50m sprint
d) Flexibility: Splits
e) Power: long jumps
f) Agility: box drill

Specific Goal:
I want to improve all of my fitness recordings and try and have the best records I can get. Mainly my cardio and i can do that by doing the beep test and going on long runs.
