Y.M.C.A Gym worked on chest for 1 ½ hours.
Hockey Practice for 1 hour.
Superfit fitness day for 1 hour.
Referee hockey for 1 ½ hours.
 
Baseball Training for 2 hours.
Y.M.C.A Gym worked on back and biceps 2 hours.
Referee Hockey 1 ½ hours.
Superfit fitness day for 1 hour. Referee two hockey games 3 hours.
Hockey game for 1 ½ hours.
Y.M.C.A Gym worked on abdominal muscles and triceps for 2 hours. Referee two games for 2 ¾ hours.
Week 2
Y.M.C.A Gym worked on shoulders and legs 1 ¾ hours.
Superfit fitness day 1 hour.  Hockey Practice for 1 ¼ hours.
School Hockey Game for 1 ¼ hours.
Baseball Training for 2 hours.
Hockey Game for 1 ½ hours.
Superfit fitness day for 1 hour. Referee hockey game 1 ¼ hours.
Referee hockey game 1 ½ hours. Hockey Game for 1 ½ hours.
Y.M.C.A Gym worked on back and biceps for 2 hours. Referee two games for 3 hours.
Week 3

Baseball Tryout for 4 hours. Hockey Game for 1 ½ hours.
Baseball Practice for 2 hours. Referee 3 hockey games for 4 ½ hours.
